Exchange & Refund Policy

AT Rangoli Store, we are providing to our customers with premium quality products and incomparable customer services.

Any product bought from RANGOLI STORE can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in their original state. Customers who desire to exchange the product will be given the same worth of the amount of the purchase that they may use only once.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase dress, we are offering an exchange

The exchange depends on the availability of stock at that moment. The Items must not be washed, damaged and used.

Exchange are only available within given number of days from the date of purchase.

Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.

Please note that Buyer will bear the deduction of the return courier Delivery Charges & Administrative Charges which is almost 15% of sale price.

NOTE: Buyer himself will send the parcel in its intact form. Buyer bear to pays the return courier charges & Company will not be responsible to pay back the amount of courier to sender.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

To return the item(s) please follow the procedure below:

  • 1. Please take a clear picture or video of the defective part of the item

  • 2. Pack the item & send back in its original packaging.

  • 3. Contact us & share the picture at given WhatsApp Number (0327-8652020)  of the defective part of dress & let us know that you want to exchange.

  • 5. We will send you the address of the warehouse to return the item.

  • 6. Go to your any local courier company and send us the package.

  • 7. Once we receive the package we will process the exchange. 

RETURN POLICY

RANGOLI STORE does not offer a refund policy however, if you wish to exchange any product within 14 days, you can contact our customer service center on WhatsApp given number 0326-8652020

Disclaimer:

All the suits displayed on the website are Master copies and are Master Replica.

There may be a slight difference in Embroidery, fabric Shade and color due to photographic lights used and the Display screen. Suits can only be exchanged or returned due to this reason, no refund will be entertained on this basis.
